4. Have practical experience in SEO optimization, familiar with search engine algorithm rules, and able to use keyword strategies to increase content traffic;
5. Proficient in using office software and content editing tools, with priority given to those who master design software such as Adobe Indesign and Photoshop. Basic video editing skills will be added;
6. Excellent English reading ability, able to independently search for first-hand overseas event information and convert content;
7. Possess a keen sense of news, able to quickly capture hot events in the baseball and softball field and plan related content;
8. Strong ability to withstand pressure, able to adapt to fast-paced work and flexible scheduling during competitions, ensuring timely content release;
9. Possess good teamwork and communication skills, able to effectively coordinate the content production process and coordinate internal and external resources;
10. Possess excellent news judgment and professional ethics, adhere to the principle of objective and fair content;
11. Experience in on-site reporting or special planning of baseball and softball events is preferred;
12. Personal baseball related accounts with a certain fan base are preferred.

Main responsibilities:
1. Responsible for collecting, editing, and publishing news, event reports, player analysis, and other content in the field of baseball and softball, ensuring that the content is professional, accurate, and in line with the platform's tone;
2. Plan special content and featured columns for baseball and softball, explore highlights of events and topics of interest to fans, and enhance content dissemination and user stickiness;
3. Optimize content SEO performance, conduct keyword research, and enhance the exposure and traffic conversion of articles in search engines;
4. Review the content submitted by the review team and external parties, control the quality of text, accuracy of facts, and consistency of style, and guide creators to improve their content level;
5. Operate social media accounts related to baseball and softball content, interact and guide fans to discuss, and maintain a fan community atmosphere;
6. Track the dynamics of domestic and international baseball and softball leagues (such as MLB, CPBL, etc.), grasp industry hotspots and development trends, and ensure the timeliness of content.
